My mistress and I tried this - it was one of the worst punishments I've ever been given.

We don't have kotex pads in England, so I was made to keep a superplus tampon up my arse instead.
I couldn't hold the mush in as long as my mistress wanted, so I was punished further by being made to sit on it, mush it into myself and then wash myself down with freezing water.
