I understand that overeating is a very hard thing to get out of so try not to be too hard on yourself (emotionally, I mean; go hard with the spanks), but as an extra task, add in some exercise. Every time you overeat, do two of the following: 25 situps, 25 pushups, 25 squats, 25 star jumps, 10 minutes of running (can be on the spot). It's your choice which two you do, but don't do the same two twice in a row. Make sure you get them done before the next time you eat.
