Ok, lets see who is active.
For this task girls, you will need 3 bobby pins and 3 clothes pegs.
Slide a bobby pin sideways over each of your nipples. Not all the way down, about half way so that they are in the 'grip' part.
Then take a clothespeg, and put it over the bobby pin to pinch it closed nice and tightly.
...and see how long you can last before you feel the need to take them off (up to 20mins).
