Ok, here's my thoughts on the matter. Firstly you should not require your slave to be online immediately- at least not naked. Take some time out to talk to him/her and know their limits and likes know what they want from you and make sure they know you want from then.
Communication is just as important as your tasks and so on, I have known relationships that are only 5-10% task based.

Build trust this will allow you to do more with you slave.

Start simple and look on the dare threads for ideas on tasks as dares can be used as tasks to a degree. use others as inspiration for yourself.
