You could take some rope and clothes pins.
Tie the rope to the end of clothes pin. Secure it. The other end make a loop that isn't too tight on your toe. Make two of them
Then put the clothes pin on your labia. One each side, the loop on your toe/foot. When you extend your feet, the rope should be tugging on the clothes pin trying to pull it off. You can adjust the rope length for how long it is.
You will have the class with this contraption on. Either set a timer or a goal. For example when a student asks a question or when it is 5 min. You will try to tug on the rope so they tug on the clothes pins. See if they would be pulled off.
In my mind they go on your labia, one side each. But you can also do one on clit and the other clamp your labias shut.
