Some ideas:
1.You will put binder clip (those large black ones) on your nipples, twist tug and pull on them for 30 times before you can drink. Once per hour
This should make sure your water drinking gets more challenge than it should.
Try to do it for one day no matter where you are at. If you are out then you will find the closet bathroom, finish this before go and drink your beverage.
2. Every time you walk by a bathroom you will play with your boobs for 2 min. Set a timer. Be exact. If at home you should just play right at the entrance of bathroom. If out, then you will go in and use a stall.
