One night stands are not that bad. They become something negative only when they are so frequent and normalized that they start feeling dull and unexciting, and even in that case you are mostly hurting yourself. How frequently do you do that, on average? Do you still find the excitement in those one night stands or is it becoming a procedure/an habit?

Teasing without following through, on the other hand, it's not good at all and you deserve some sort of repercussion for that. Since you are deceiving others, creating false expectations and preventing them from enjoying something they like I would start with:

1. write a list of dislikes that includes all the things that you actively hate and despise doing and put it in your signature

2. untill you did, everytime you tease someone without following through, you can't do any activities that involves things on your likes list for 48 hours. During those 48 hours, you'll also have to watch a porn from each and every category listed there without touching yourself in any way

3. when the list is done, you'll have the alternative to come here in the thread and ask for 3 tasks from your dislike list to complete before you can do any of the things listed in your likes. the porn rule stays even if you choose this option
