Uploading photos

Am I the only one who cannot upload any pictures? I've been trying for weeks but every time I get an error message. Any idea why?

I've tried more than 10 times with multiple pictures. The size isn't big or anything like that.

afraid I don't really know then, have you tried clearing your cookies? a different browser?

it's jpg. I have tried it with so many different pictures... not just the ones I take with my camera. I could upload pictures normally before, I don't know what happened.

When I get that error I reduce the size of the image and try again and it works every time.

I cannot even change my avatar!!! And that picture is tiny! It's also jpg. I don't understand why :/

Okay, so it seems like it is working when I use my laptop, the problem is when I use my phone.
