Well, assuming, that you don't immediately request to break out again, which, once that happens, I will prevent through a rule you will automatically ge t denied, once you don't do tasks. That said, rules might still have a flaw here and there, as this is the first try to it.

If you stick to the tasks, there's no need to deny you, as you are getting very well trained....

That's not how this works, your trainers will decide what type of training there is.

That said with that many new trainees, I have a new category for all.
Category: Fitness
50 jumping jacks
50 sit ups
20 push ups

All to be performed in a single session, if you fail, add 10 each and retry the next day. If you still fail, you are in for 5 days denial

or, of course you could disappoint me and go for just 1 day of denial as per the rules and refuse the task

Well, then you should be happy and show off a little, by showing your training progress in your signature, so that others here know what to expect from you little slave, and how you progress.

Here's a special one for all of you trainees, it's an Easter training:
So what's Easter about? Finding eggs, well finding your eggs probably isn't too hard, so let's make it a little more challenging: have a cane or something similar, if you downtown have a cane, find each of your eggs, 25 time as each, and do it hard.

Just for reference, the rules have been amended:

failure to report on a task (either success or not picking it) within 7 days results in being excluded from training and being put on a permanent ban list for these threads, so think before signing up. People who have signed up before this rule change are allowed to chicken out by posting "I chicken out" within the next 5 days

This is to make sure trainees don't sign up and then just stay around without performing.

Well, my suggestion for a signature would be Fitness 1/1, Easter 0/1, so that people can see, how ell trainee you are, what the fuck is Fitness OK?

Just for that, you (and only you) get an additional fitness task, to show you how not ok your fitness is.
Fitness for grainedor only:
Legs together, back to a wall, position yourself as if you were sitting, thighs horizontally, lower legs perpendicular to thighs. Hold this for 1 hour. If you can't, your fitness obviously is not Ok, which means you get denied another 3 days, or you can of course chicken out from this fitness dare and only get 1 additional day, but confess directly, that your fitness isn't ok, plus have the bad mark of not having done one fitness task in your signature forever...

I have completed the Fitness task and when I have more time I will try to complete the Easter and Pleasure tasks.

I have tried to write my training progress in the signature Mistress Claire, however there wasn't enough space. That's why I made a blog post about it and put the link in signature. I hope it is okay.

That's ok, except for it seems that my tasks aren't mean enough to get more denial squeezed out of the trainees, so far.

So to change this, let's add the category public:
For their public task, the trainees have to go to a sex shop and if possible find a female sales assistant, otherwise go for a male one. Ask them about gags, what they have in store, what they would recommend for beginners and so on. Spend at least 30 minutes finding the right gag for you.
In the end: it's your choice, you can buy your favorite or not.

if i am skipping a task, do i just update signature or post here that i am weak and skipping a task? i see that could add some humiliation but i also dont want to clutter the thread too much.
