I’d like one for a month because I am also participating in locktober. I would like one pretty harsh
Ps I work early morning usually 3 am - 3or 4 pm.

You can use the bathroom only during work hours, and you can have up to 2 breaks during your work. Otherwise, you have to hold it.

3 days, and you can have 12 bathroom breaks, use them whenever you feel like. However; they cannot be in your own toilet, they have to be in a public restroom!

I will go for a 5 day one. A moderately difficult one would be nice. I would also like some rules to go along with this. =)

2 years, and you can have 2 bathroom breaks a day. One should be in the morning, and the other afternoon/evening, but the exact time is up to you.

Then 5 days, you can only use the bathroom 3 times a day, at 8 AM, 3 PM, and 9 PM. Except, you can use all toilets, except your own...

You can have 4 bathroom breaks each day, but can't use your own toilet. Or two bathroom breaks, but whatever toilet you want, it's your choice!
