Wow that’s evil....I did 3 strong ones on my right nipple before it needed a break and I did 3 strong ones on the left nipple. One more on the right, one on the left, then the final one on the right followed by the final one on the left. They are red and stinging!

This was definitely tougher than I originally thought. I underestimated the sting and pulled the rubber band as high as it could go the first time on my left nipple. I didn’t pull it as tight for the rest, however I did pull it as high as I could once for my right nipple to make sure it was even.
