Minimum post length

Hi, whilst browsing posts on the site recently-mainly master slave section and TORD Request-one thing that had astounded me is the number of poor quality or vague posts made. How do people expect to get good responses when they are barelg giving any information about themselves, what they like or what they want? This made me wonder why getDare doesn't have a minimum character limit for all new posts made within these sections relevant to what they are for? And if this isn't to everyone's liking then maybe a sub-section for shorter informal posts. I know on Kinkyalk there is the main adverts section then a seperate section for shorter, informal adverts, so why no such thing on getdare? Maybe this is a feasible suggestion, or possibly me just having a rant. I may be dreaming of a better getDare for all but surely I can't be the only one who thinks this is a good idea...?

If I remember correctly, GetDare DOES have a minimum character requirement on posts - 16 characters, I think?

Correct, it does. However as far As I'm aware that is to stop bots multiple posting, and clogging up the site. But what I believe would be a great addition is to stop the people who put no effort into their posts from clogging up the site.

Unfortunately that is a dream and the only way to stop it, would be to educate each person individually and have them post better.

An actual minimum post length wouldn't work, everyone would just include information that is entirely irrelevant to the ad.
One good way to increase the overall quality of the ads would be to moderate them like it's done with pictures, though that's obviously really time intensive.

I will send reports when I choose to or if I am asked. If you give me a repeated dare or a "do your own dare," I will be very disappointed because I like to be surprised and challenged.
