My first chastity

Hello to the people of getdare,

Recently me and my gf have discussed the possibility of a chastity for me, she would obviously have the key. As it will be my first time I don't really know what to look for. I would like a metal one, no urethra extras and not a built in lock. As we don't yet live together the risk of needing to take it off and her not being there is too much. Instead we would use either lock tags or a combination lock, with the possibility of a key lock when were together.

From what I've read, sizing is the main thing to get right. Too small and it causes pain, too big and you can slip out. Im a little over six inches hard, and around 3 to 4 inches soft. Advice on what sort of sizing or types would be helpful.

I also read they ideally need to be removed once a day to clean, and that sleeping in them can be an issue. Any advice on day to day wearing would be nice. I would hope to wear it under clothes, and aim to work up to potentially weeks being locked up. Starting with maybe a few hours to a day etc.

This is the cage I have in mind. With us both being students were on a strict budget so wouldn't really want to be paying full price.

If anyone could share opinions on the cage, recommend things to look for or consider, and just what its like and what you have to do when wearing a cage for long periods of time I would appreciate it!

Sizing is the most important thing to get right. The best thing to do is measure a few times when you’re completely not aroused on an average day and get a cage as close to that size as possible. Don’t do it after hot showers or on cold days. And be honest with yourself. If it matches your flaccid size it should be a good fit.

I don’t know that cage design but it looks like it could break easily. The kink3d cobra is a very popular range for long term wear but quite pricey, a cheap knockoff can be found here.

In terms of cleaning you’ll need to find what works for you. Most boys manage to keep fairly clean in open devices like that and might only take it off once a week to once a month - but this depends on the person.

Snug underwear like a jock or briefs can help with comfort, as can using a shoelace or a strap to tie and support the cage.

Don’t start with big numbers in mind - try a day or two, then let yourself out, then go a little longer. Eventually you’ll go weeks or months without worrying. Also remember this is meant to be fun for your partner and for you - communicate about your needs. For longer term, most boys I’ve locked say the first 10 days are the hardest and then it gets easier; once you’ve got through the first month you’re in for plain sailing.

How easily is easily? Have you had experiences with similar cages breaking.

Even then if its not too easy then id still consider as its a cheap starting point.

The sizing said 3.5 inches, but im not sure if it will be too small. when ive measured so far ive ranged from 3.5 to 4, although i think to get an accurate measurement ill need to cum, its been a few days.

If cleaning in an open cage isnt difficult without removing/necessary then thats good. I have regular contact with my girlfriend, and we go to the gym together every other day or so, which means ill never be too far to be able to unlock it for any reason, and were both very understanding, so if i did want it off she wouldnt hesitate.

My final thing is tips for getting it on. I'm very easily aroused and feel that the slight tought of my girlfriends or even my hand when putting it on will make me hard, and especially as the point is to be denied so ill be extra horny.
