What time do you usually go to sleep?
What time do you usually wake up (after which you don't sleep anymore)?

If I work the next day I'm in bed between 8:30 and 9pm usually.
I don't fall asleep till after 9 most the time though. Otherwise I might stay up till well 12am like I seem to be doing tonight or I will go to bed at the same time.

If I work that day I get up at 4:30am and if I don't work I will get out of bed between 6 and 8am. Depending on how much sleep I want.

it varies a lot but right now i'm getting to sleep around 12:00-01:00ish and waking up around 10:00.

My bedtime which was set by a previous caregiver (dom) was 3:30a on weekdays and 4:30a on weekends, which I still keep to for the most part now. I usually wake up about 11a on weekdays and 2p on weekends.

I'm a night owl and not a morning person, but I have to be at work around 9ish am on weekdays. Typically in bed around midnight, give or take an hour or so during the week, and up by 8 or 815am, sometimes earlier if I have something important to do first thing. On the weekends/holidays I tend to stay up till 2-3am and get up around 10-11 am

I am a night owl, but if I am having a good night emotions wise, 1am is sbout the latest. If I am having a bad night or doing homework, 4am is not out of the question.

No matter how late I fall asleep, I wake up around 8 or at latest around 10am, but with classes I'll be up around 6am some days.

Last 2 weeks I had been waking up around 6:00, but this is rising again. Back at about 7:00 to 8:00.

It really depends on the day. I do my best to be in bed at 11:30pm and asleep at midnight. I wake up at 8:00 everyday and get up at 8:30 to go to class
