You asked for hard, so:

Walk out the front door and lock the house. Other than your clothes the only think you can carry is the key to your house.

Walk to the street, face the street, close your eyes and throw the key over your shoulder. Do not look to see where the key landed.

Walk away from your house. After you walk a block, take of 1 item of clothing, destroy it, and discard it. Proceed this way until you are naked.

Walk home. Crawl around the front yard with your eyes closed feeling around until you find the key.

Once you find the key you may go back into the house.

Ok so things went better than expected.

I started off exactly as you said, throwing the key over my back anda starting my treck. I was only wearing 3 pieces of clothing. After the first block, I removed my shirt, put a nice rip in it, and tossed it into some bushes. After that 2 cars drove by.... but it wasn't too bad as the only thing missing was my shirt :3 After another block I did the same to my shorts. Now I was in a pretty exposed state, but no more cars yet. After another block, I removed and ripped my briefs. Fully exposed I started my way back home. I got soooooo lucky in that no cars came. As I approached my house, however, sadly something annoying happened. Before I got to close I saw a glimer of light coming from part of my front yard. I looked away as soon as I could, but I knew I just saw the key >.< I closed my eyes and did find my key pretty easily. Now as I'm back inside typing this, I've already seen 4 more cars drive by, so I got super duper lucky.

That was quick, I thought it would be harder.

If you are up for it, try repeating it with at least 4 items of clothing, 3 blocks per item discarded and this time throw the key into a neighbor's yard. A neighbor that is home.

This time, don't destroy the clothes. Go back and pick them up in the order you discarded them after you find the key. Don't put the clothes back on until you are in the house and no hiding your private bits behind the clothing while you walk!!
