Not sure if its an issue here as been so long since i registered. You may also have already fixed it if it is...

reCaptcha, the anti-bot mechanic whereby users must type in a string of randomly generated letters and numbers from an image, has very recently been updated to v2.0 and as such, v1.0 no longer works. This prevents new members being able to join the site. This simply needs upgrading to v2.0. I discovered this issue after trying to join kinktalk which uses the same interface. (Would be great if a member could let the staff team over there know as well)

The administrator has been notified. You are still able to register yourself on getDare by typing in a random string (eg. Type the text). I presume this applies to Kink Talk's registration form as well.

I've updated getDare and KinkTalk so that new users can register.

Also be advised that this server is so ancient I need to migrate to a new one to do any further getDare updates. There will be upcoming downtime for maybe a day.

I will send reports when I choose to or if I am asked. If you give me a repeated dare or a "do your own dare," I will be very disappointed because I like to be surprised and challenged.
