Go to a supermarket (you could also go to a drugstore/gas station, etc but I think it’s more exciting the bigger the store) and get a pack of condoms (maybe add in some lube etc for bonus points) for small penises and head to the counter. Look for a male checkout clerk and put them face up on the counter making sure he sees them. Then say something about how you need the smaller size condoms to the clerk. If youre lucky there will be a line and the people behind you will hear as well. Try to get the clerk to have a conversation about it. Post the best responses yall get from people here
