So when gymnastics girls wear the leotard I was wondering. Do you guys ever feel like your pussy will show accidentally if you move the wrong way? How do leotards prevent cameltoe? Do they?

They are designed not to. They have a lining to help prevent it. Also there is a product you can slip inside whatever your wearing. As long as what your wearing is tight fitting.

first they work like a proper fitting swimsuit, second all dance wear, gym wear, skate dresses, things like that offer appropriate undergarments. If you search websites for the athletic wear you will see a section for the matching undergarments.
