What do you hate the most (within your limits)?

Let's say you really upset your Dom and they want to give you the biggest and harshest punishment they would even think of giving you.

What would they give you?
What would break you if you did it for more than 5 minutes?
What would make you need to take a day's break to recover from?

I don't think that something super intense, that i wouldn't stand more than 5 minutes, would be the ultimate punishment.
It's tough for me because I don't really do punishments without having some enjoyment in them (I'm here mainly for fun, I never do committed, real domination relationships). But I get punished sometimes, even just as an incentive. So let's say: what would be the BEST DETERRENT for me to obey a difficult thing?
I think that threats of actual public humiliation would work, but nothing that outs me. And nothing that *forces* me to be humiliated no matter what. Being sent on an errand outdoors while desperate to pee and with locked pants would be a pretty good one (provided we avoid the pain, there's techniques). Wearing pissed panties under my clothes outdoors (but not if the smell gives me away).
Or even something insignificant but that gets me fully-publicly humiliated, like having to eat something embarrassing in public, little kid's ice cream in a place where adults don't do that, or wearing revealing clothing (yes as a guy I'm embarrassed to show my legs).

While semipermanent and permanent things turn me on, I’m pretty sure, that my dom could make me break my permanent limit.
