For me Chastity is harder. Every aspect related to erections is rather unpleasant. depending on the device even painful. They are also a constant reminder of the situation on less horny moments.

For me, chastity is definitely worse. Holding back from cumming is frustrating for sure, especially after a lot of edging and needing the release and the sensation so badly.
