I would invest in building a level 3 clean lab and invest in researching technology for rebuilding a genome using fragmented templates. I would then hire people to rebuild a woolly mammoth genome, with genetic variations modeled from the Asian elephant genome. I would then buy a herd of cow elephants from Thailand or Sri Lanka and impregnate them with their own egg cells with key genes replaced with the mammoth genome using CRISPR. I would then buy swathes of Alaskan and Siberian tundra and let my hybrids loose. After that, I would start working on the singularity. TLDR; my dream is to see woolly mammoths living, breeding, and evolving. Blame Stephen Baxter's Behemoth for that.
