streaking question?

For anyone out there do you think it takes more guts to streak when
flacid or when hard.If so why did you answer that way. Any sex can

When hard.... it pretty much guarantees you will be charged as a sex offender if caught; soft and your lawyer could try to argue that although naked it wasn't sexual.

If you run hard so you dick flops back and forth it will get hard so it does not matter.

I think it takes guts to streak hard or flaccid as either way it could get you arrested and end up with a criminal record .

It depends on who you're with. If you're alone any one of the two will probably do, but if you're with mates = soft or someone you like = definitely hard.
