Since you seem to enjoy pain, I'm going to recommend a recipe that I learned on another forum. It's called Susie's rough ride enema and the recipe goes as follows:

16 oz. Vegetable Glycerin
4 oz. Dr. Bronners Peppermint Soap
2 oz peppermint *extract (peppermint oil will not work)
Warm water for the rest.

This enema makes about 2 Quarts of solution and will cramp you up very well. Start by putting the water in your enema bag, very warm water. Next, add the extract and the soap and gently mix. Next add the glycerin while stirring the bags contents. You should have a little more than 1/2 gallon of enema now. Take this enema on your knees with your elbows touching the ground. You will most likely want an inflatable enema plug to administer this enema, I promise you can't hold it without a plug. Take as much of the bag as you can while kneeling, then roll over on your back and massage your belly. You want to coat your colon with the solution..

You may start to taste peppermint after a while, this is normal, it is the extract going into your bloodstream. If you manage to hold this enema more than 20 minutes I will be astounded. Prepare for some bad cramps and many return trips to the bathroom.

as you are new to enemas, I'll make this easy for you: Take a 1/2L warm water enema and hold it for atleast 10 mins before you expel it. If you expel before the 10 minute mark, you must redo this dare until you are able to hold it the full 10 minutes
