The next time you go to the gym:
1) When you stretch, do an Upward Dog yoga pose - but rub your crotch on the ground for at least 5 seconds 2) After every rep, massage your cock/groin area for 3 seconds. 3) Accidentally go into the showers in your socks and get them wet. 4) In the shower, be sure to bendover 5 times and hold for a second. Someone might see your plug. 5) When you leave the gym, put a handful of wet toilet paper in your underwear or tights. You can wear something pants or something over it.
