If they're naked because they have a reason or they simply enjoy it, I'd be fine with it. If they have sexual intentions, I would be worried.

would not bother me in the least, though, depending on the circumstances, I might be concerned for their health or safety. Someone smiling shyly walking through a park or mall is one thing, even if they are covered in dirt, mud, etc. Some who is actively and obviously terrified probably needs help.

No problem at all. What I would on the other side find slightly uncomfortable would be me being clothed, while others nude. For example in sauna place, that I visit from time to time - there is a bar inside. The staff is fully clothed while guests are not (well, most of them have at least a towel while being in the "relax room", but you get what I mean...).

I am very comfortable around people who are naked and I am very comfortable being the only one naked in a crown. Being embarased is not something I suffer from.

I'm fine with others being nude around me, and respect it. I dislike people who get pushy with it, though, but that's pretty much the same with anything. Only encountered that a couple of times, thankfully; most often, it's been about the person's own comfort and freedom, and I'm happy for them to be at ease.

I would be cool about it. Especially if I meet them at regular places to be nude at - saunas, locker rooms, nude beaches.

If I met them in public, doing a dare... I would be surprised but I will accept it. Maybe decide to make a small talk to make them feel uncomfortable

It depends on the person and how they're acting. If a naked person is just acting the same as they do clothed I wouldn't even notice they were naked after a while but if they're coming up to me and being raunchy without my consent I think I'd feel uncomfortable.
