Give yourself a large enema then plug yourself to help hold it in. Next get fully dressed, everything but shoes. A skirt might make the next part easier; cuff your hands behind your back and then reach down pull the plug out and let it fall to the floor or put it somewhere out of reach. Put your clothing back in place.
