Make sure you squat when picking up a heavy plank. You wouldn’t want to sit up one day and have back problems or worse, be pushing up dirt.

Ehm Addi? You might want to sit-up for this. There is no outside of the thigh specification for SPOON (ass).

CLAMP your handS while you wait for Kaiyo to PUSH-UP and make you do some exercise as well

the rules arent changing that fast, do they... but they are getting more specific over time. It's my first thread like this so I need to work out what works for me ^^

I will add another addition ^^

The Rule you can add with every 10th post is atm at 50 Reps for one exercise.
I'll give you the option to choose between that or 100 reps total. So I can do it with any task I want ^^


TO DO: (Total/Finished)
325 / 110 Squats
200 / 25 Push-Ups
145 / 45 Sit-ups
240 / 190 Planks (seconds)
76 / 50 Side Planks (seconds)
535 / 85 Spanks Wooden Spoon, Inner Thigh (no new ones)

It's not really something that changes for you ^^ atleast nothing you could be punished for.

Oh btw. does this count as a Rulebreak for Addi? Guess I have to think about a fun punishment xD

Will do a light workout tomorrow and more spanks and the rules on Saturday morning.
Might wear my hush for the workout on Saturday, so if anyone wants to control it just write it in your post here ^^
