I have both ear lobes pierced, and gauged to 4ga with silicone plugs. I also have one nipple pierced with a 14ga barbell (the other was pierced, but the barbell end fell off and the jewelry came out...it closed up before I could replace it). My other piercing is a 10ga segment ring in my scrotum, known as a hafada. I plan to eventually get a pubic piercing and a guiche piercing, and I have considered the possibility of getting an apadravya.

I currently don't really wear any jewelry, but I did have a few when I was younger. My ears are still pierced thought.

I had my ear lobes pierced when I was a kid. I ended up gauging them when I was about 19 (only mild stretching, nothing extreme). After that I pierced my tongue, which was actually not painful at all. Then I got a labret piercing (area between lower lip and chin). And finally I had my cartilage pierced from my upper ear to middle to run a bar through it (was called industrial at the time, not sure what they call it nowadays). The cartilage is still pierced and my left ear lobe is too. Not sure why my right side is so fussy.

I removed the tongue and labret piercings and let them heal until they closed years ago. I do miss the labret sometimes. My ear lobes returned to normal size. My right ear has closed on me twice now. I'm currently debating getting it pierced again.

I have both ears pierced and stretched to a 0 gauge. I used to have my nipples pierced and loved them but I could not keep them clean with my job and had to take them out . I recommend nipple piercings for everyone . I have thought about genital piercings but can't bring myself to do it
