I put my plug in yesterday, for over 4 hours, 247 minutes total, counting for 183. As hoped, it didn't affect me much during gaming online with friends.

That's the first 183 of 3,480 minutes to do, 5.2586% of the total.


I reduced my daily goal to 7,500 steps daily, quite a more practical number to achieve and recommend (10,000 seems to have been a marketing claim). Nevertheless, I still struggled to do those due to personal affairs and my mood having down quite significantly the recent days.

Still, I have been collecting steps for prime, as much doing walks as fits my daily fitness goals:
