When I was younger I did have a boyfriend who really enjoyed it if I caused him to get hard in public. I think one of the reasons he liked it was because it was always me that found embarrassing and then he'd liked to tease me about it - all in a friendly was of course!

I remember when I was with a gir living in London, and on the tube if we were stood close she would love to push back into me when train was braking etc, and feel me getting harder.
Also if in an empty car during the day, she would love to sit opposite me, and reach over and massage my balls to tease me.
then when car got busy smile and sit back and see how much it teased me.

I miss her a lot, she was so much fun.
