Default The Workout or Work-me-over Dare

This is a simple "Person Above" date.

The person above has to complete a series of exersices in a certain time limit. If you fail to complete the workout routine, or fails to do it in the right time: they must follow the dares instructions on cunning to a "work-me-over" challenge. Also at the end of you post list the equipment you have access to, if any.

You must respect limits, stay with in human dency (no scatt or anything disgusting), and dare an exersice routine that's doable. 5000 pushups in 10 minutes is just cruel and will disqualify your post.

ALSO: No punishmeny that involve cross dressing, diapers, humiliation, public, or femenization UNLESS the person above's signature states they like that stuff.

Pictures, video, or Skype are optional and are not considered a part of the punishment. No punishments that require this will be allowed. Simple ignore that post.

Since its the first answer lets start easy

Workout: Do 100 pushups in 4 sets maximum. You have 30 min.
Punishment: Give 5 slashes with a leather belt on your own back as hard as you can


(for the next: Ill have full access to a gym only by monday.. but if you does not want to wait give a equipment free routine)

Workout: 25 push-ups, 25 squats, then 50 sit-ups all in 20 min

Punishment: Roll a dice and multiply the number 10 times and do that many push-ups in 10 min

I don't have any equipment.

Workout: 5 sets of each... 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 50 crunches, and 5 minutes of jogging in place. You get 10 minutes per set.

Ex.
Set 1: 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 50 crunches, 5 minutes jogging in place
... short break (5 minutes max)
Set 2: 10 push-ups, 20 squats, 50 crunches, 5 minutes jogging in place
... short break
Set 3: ......

Punishment: You must wrap ductape around your balls and leave it for 24 hours.

For me I do not have access to any equipment. All I have is a Yoga Mat. (Also, please don't give me anything involving putting a lot of weight on my wrists, I have an old injury and can't do things like a lot of push-ups and stuff)

I have 10kg dumbells and that's it.

Also can the exercise involve anything sexual i.e. has to be done naked or with a buttplug?

You need to check people's toys before you give them dares/punishments involving toys... as it is, I know I will fail this dare (I don't think it's possible to do 100 squats in 4 minutes for most people, and I am not as fit as most people. I could do 100 squats, but not in 4 minutes) and since I don't have the toys necessary to complete the punishment I can't do it. Therefore I am still in search of a workout, my above still stands...

Workout: you must be naked on your yoga at and perform 125 jumping jacks. If you step off the mat or fall you fail.

Punishment: you must watch 10 hours of hardcore porn without touching yourself.

Sorry for not checking your toys Alex. Other things could be used as dildos but I admit the workout I gave was quite poor.

For you Jaymon balance on one foot while holding your ankle to your buttock. If you last less than three minutes you must repeat while fingering your ass until your total time reaches ten minutes.

Do 100 bicep curls on each arm, in no more than four sets.

Then do 40 push ups in one set immediately following the curls.

If you fail, you must stand on tip toes, with your knees bent at around 90 degrees (a stress position that'll put strain on your calfs and quads) for 10 minutes whilst holding your dumbells by your sides!

Do supersets of the following with each set following this rep pattern 10,6,8,5,4 for each exetsice below

Incline bench, bench press, squat, decline, and pull ups

You have 20 minutes.

On failure: get nude, jerk for 10 minutes without cum, put on sportswear and do not cum for 24 hours, must stroke 5 minutes every hour. If you cum you must milk yourself dry.

You need to do 100 push-ups, 100 squats, and 150 crunches. You may do this in anyway order you want taking breaks (as long as you want) whenever you want, BUT you only have 10 minutes from the time you do the very first rep of the first exercise until you complete the last rep of the last exercise to finish.

If you do not finish this in time you get a second chance, but you must first do a wall sit, some call it a chair sit, for 3 minutes. You will then immediately start your second chance.

If you fail again you will do the wall sit for 5 minutes this time.

P.S. THIS is a wall sit.

You must do 23 different yoga positions for 3 minutes each, if you can not you think of 23 or the stretching hurts - you must find the longest sexiest hunk video and not touch your self at all.
