How do you become an admin?

I was just wondering how do you become one?

Admins are super people. We only have 2 I think. Depp and Chain. So its rare they make more admins.

Mods on the other hand are a lil less super. Can be a mod from reconsiderations from other mods, or some times when we need more, we ask people to apply.
