I'll bite. Filled, emptied and panic. From the moment you get up give yourself the largest enema you can and insert your smallest plug.

After an hour, empty yourself. Now take another enema that is slightly larger than the last and insert your next size up plug.

Repeat every hour increasing your enema amount and moving up plug size.

You said you haven't fitted the largest two, but this time you will. If you don't then you will have to empty and fill yourself, still increasing the enema amount each time, every 20 minutes until you do.

I think you should find a fairly remote, or low trafficked public bathroom and spend 10 minutes bathing naked with the toilet water. Giving yourself a swirly while cumming.
