She normally does 5.6km in that time (3.5mile).

Since that is boring she will do any dare posted here:
- if within her limits
- if they don’t conflict with the intended training aspect of it (so not something really difficult such that she cannot cycle anymore)
- “realistic”, to my or my pets opinion.
- each post/dare can only apply to one ride so no “do with each ride”

She bought the home trainer yesterday, today she used it naked. A nice start.

She can do this one time, but not every time. I only accept dares “per ride”.

Then she will have 2 drinking bottle at the ready. One with just normal water. And another with a mixture of your choosing that hydrates well. Make sure the drinking bottles are hanging.

Your pet has already come up with good ideas in her stories and art. Why not start there?
- Try one ride with a ring gag and dildo at mouth level. Give it a nice sucking as she rides.
- Try one with a blindfold. Put it on at the start, and leave it on until the ride is over. If you're feeling generous, let her set an audible alarm; otherwise she needs to guess when she's ridden enough, with penalties for stopping early.

Saturday:
Enlil made the suggestion to put the distance on my tit. Which I will do on this day. I love Kindness’s idea of the dildo sucking while cycling. Unfortunately, the ring on my gag is too small for the dildo to fit through, but I can do the sucking without the gag too.
