Hi all! You may have noticed a new, locked forum pop up recently called The Dungeon. Some of you may remember it from back in 2014. What I can tell you about it is limited - because the mystery is half the fun!!

The Gist:

The Dungeon is a fun locked forum where you can only enter with a password. Several users will have entry to it, but only for about a week. Then the moderators will choose a new batch of members to enter the Dungeon! I can’t tell you what’s inside, you get to find out upon entry! The catch is - once your week in the Dungeon is up, you don’t know what the new “slaves” to the Dungeon will post once your gone - and they won’t be allowed to tell you.

If you're concerned you haven't gotten entry immediately - don't worry! We can only allow a few people at a time, and we tried to choose them a bit randomly based on where they were active/what they contribute so that you'd have a chance to mingle with people you may not have met before.

How to get invited into The Dungeon:

Adults only (18+). Any suspicion means no invitation.
Members should be active during the last week.
Focus on quality posting, not quantity - whether it’s through thread creation or post responses.
Post regularly in the blogs or chat in the chatroom.
Contribute to getDare by correctly reporting users.
If you would like to be considered for entry, tell us a bit about yourself and why you think you should be added.
Excessive complaints about not being immediately admitted into the Dungeon will prolong your entry. We want to reward members, not support impatience.
Enter the monthly dare competitions: the monthly winner will get an automatic entry so long as they comply with the first two rules.
Chance: get invited by winning the game of chance (if currently available).

Essentially, we want to reward members for being active and give you some exciting little perks for continuing to make our site fun! We look forward to seeing you submit to The Dungeon!!!

One question though (or rather two):
When you have been to the dungeon, do you have the chance to get in there again, after some time?
When you have been to the dungeon, is there still the mystical flair of what happens now in there? Yes, there is always a chance to enter again. Certain things like cracking the code and winning a dare of the month competition are guaranteed ways to earn re-entry. Following the rest of the critiria consistently will also help. However, please remember that we would like to give a lot of people the opportunity to enter and we are only letting in small groups at a time. For this reason it may be a long while before you get a second chance to be chosen if you do not earn a guaranteed entry.

There will still be some mysterious once you have left the dungeon as you are not able to see what happens once you leave.
