Let's try to get this back on track. Since lucky21 seemed unable to follow the rules of the thread, I rule that he has lost to both sexandaggression and Kmdumo, and must pay the forfeit to each of them separately.

Loser must perform three self-spankings for the winner, with each spanking's details determined by the winner. Details include (but are not limited to) number of spankings, implement, spankee's clothing, etc. Loser may provide proof if they so choose; if they do, then the winner has to repeat a self-spanking as they defined for the loser.
