guess I should say my own answer I would go with the first since at least it's one and done and you can keep your anonymity.

I dislike both choices not because of public, but because both include something I simply dislike. Of course, my primary assumption is that there's no risk of being arrested and possibly this would occur in a location where it isn't considered bad? In either case, I would go with 1.

As for the reasons I dislike both options: 1 provides something which covers my face. Now, I realise that for this sort of dare that's probably very important for privacy reasons, but I simply hate wearing anything on my head or face. I find it uncomfortable and limiting.

Number 2? Oddly enough, it's actually because I have underwear on. Not the film and not the exposed face, but simply because if I'm going to run out into a street practically naked then I want to be naked.Mostly because the underwear that I wear would make me feel more awkward...

I would probably not do either.
1) Naked with face covered would be fun, but there are some unique
physical ways to identify me! (Not telling you what hey are, but you would
never guess one of them )
2) Filmed in underpants would definitely be a no-no in case my employers
saw me, it would not go down well!

I will show underpants (and sometimes more) on camera to random
strangers if I am in the right mood, but never my face.
