Thank you for your suggestion, I still haven't found a weara6tack bra for my breast size that doesn't break the skin. Do you have any suggestions for me? I have tried layering duct tape and cardboard but the tape wasn't thick enough and the cardboard was too rigid.

Thank you so much for your help, I will be tying my breasts like you suggested, I will wear (depending on the temperature) either a '50s rockabilly style dress with three teardrop keyhole cutouts right where my cleavage is or a low cut wrap around dress. The tack bras around CAN break the skin unless you are careful. That's the idea. I suggest you start off with a normal bra with strategic tin tacks (from the outside) pointing inwards. Then another (very slightly larger) bra on top to keep the main one (and the tin tacks! ) in place.
