I striped naked and tied my balls tightly. I chose medium version as I had a break from cbt for a while.
However, it went well. I chose to use metal ruller for point 4, it got nice impact on my balls and it was almost unbearable to hit them more than 15 times, however I managed to do so. Right testicle was much more sensitive.
Glans turned quite red and it was also painful but frenulum got only slight burning sensation.

Hitting glans with belt was really painful and my skin burns after. It was even worse as I applied toothpaste right away. After washing my glans, it still was burning for long time

I used a belt and a ruler (sorry)
I had no problems until the fifth point where it started to be very painful.
I have foreskin, so I put the toothpaste under it and it burned.
When I threw the die I took a six and repeat everything again it was a torture.
