Not sure who all is still in this thread but this task is for you and any new people who join soon. Skip anything that is in your limits.

You will need a rubber band, a wooden spoon, a heavy object, and possibly a ruler.

1. Wrap a rubber band around the base of your cock. Make it reasonably tight. Set a timer for 10 minutes. Pull back on the rubber band as far as you can and then release it. Do this 10 times. Wait 5 minutes, then do another 10. When the timer goes off move on to step 2.

2. Use your hand to hit your cock once for each year old you are. Then use a wooden spoon to hit your cock 70 minus your age times.

3. Now you can untie your cock. Lay it on a table and place the heavy object on it. Push on the object with your hands for 1 minute.

4. Write a report and put it in this thread or a blog. Write in complete sentences and include details.
