So today this happened:

I did the first of my messy tasks...messy exercise!

I began by laying out the bin liner, placing the 'cake' or what passes for one in Poland haha, and the plate of flour.

I then proceeded to do star jumps over the cake...being careful not to slip...

Then I did my Press Ups into the flour

I did some side planks, narrowly avoiding the cake

So this time I needed to do my gunge forfeit...scary I'm so close to the next already!

So ezeperalta212 who was...kind...enough to give me my list of items, was also there to direct the session...of course she is being rewarded for this, she doesn't do anything for free
