OK, this might seem similar to the "Cum dare game" or the "earned orgasm" thread, but the idea is to have something more specific:
The person above may cum BUT they must do it a certain way. They don't need to earn it or perform tasks BEFORE they cum. The main idea is to make cmming difficult. For example: You can cum, but you may only use one finger to do it. The person cannot touch themselves in any way than the one described to arouse themselves. The dare continues until they manage to cum the way described. If you fail, just keep trying until you become so horny that you just cum with no stimulation.
