Do you mean meta or phallo? In the first case, I believe it's not (yet) possible to make it quite as long as needed. Penetration can happen in the best cases but not entirely as enjoyable as wanted, a little like men who have a really small one. Hence me saying a very small dick. In the case of a phallo, I know that the desired length can be achieved but it is not a type of surgery I really took into account writing this post, mainly because of personal experience: I have never seen any trans guy who got a phallo, neither in person or in amateur porn. I pin it on the fact that despite the length and being able to pee with it, it can't get hard unless you use an external device to make it, and phallos are reported to take away a lot (if not all) sensitivity. So I simply skipped that heavily disfavored option. If there is an alternative to those that you know of and which actually allows to have a normal-sized dick, please share! I'd love to know about that.

This thread is about whether someone is attracted to FtMs, not to people in general; specifically to FtMs, so of course we're talking about them as opposed to another gender. People may have a taste or a distaste for a transman's body. They may fantasize about the person's experience too, even just because it makes them feel like the person is strong-headed, or has an androgynous nature. There are any number of reasons someone can be attracted to another person's gender, body shape, or situation. Everyone is a porn category to fantasize over, FtMs included, this is exactly how every porn site works and how people pick what they get off to. Being "fetishized" on a fetish site is what people sign up for. I'm a perfect example of this myself: I have a fantasy about being teased by another FtM about my dick (clit) size because his is bigger.
