30 more minutes of cow time combined with 6 more minutes of frozen water time. Seems to be a good pattern, though at this rate, cow time will be paid much much quicker than the frozen water time.

You can always add cow time yourself to balance out all of the ICE time.

Ok. Last session for the day. I thought I'd try shortening the time between cold water breast dunks to see if somehow that could help me grin and bear it longer. Don't ask me what I was thinking. It wasn't any easier. By the 6th dunk, the breasts are always bright red and in pain. I stayed in cow mode for a few extra minutes just to keep in on a 5 minute mark. So 15 minutes in cow mode, 6 of which where udders were submerged (1 min in, 1 min out).
