A friend was suggesting I use my penis as a cricket bat. However, I don't know anybody who would be willing to play such a match. Obviously the penis would need to be erect to hit the ball.

Would you use your erect penis, wearing only a top and no bottoms if there was a match where everybody was ok with you using your penis but they used bats?

Would you still do it if it was cold or snowing or raining?

I would in both circumstances.
