Sadly some of those websites I've used are either gone or I can't remember them. There was some YouTube channel I used to watch but that's gone too. I learned most from a self-bondage forum (non-English) where I've talked with people. Reading a lot helps, small steps are best and the first lesson should be anatomy. You need to know where nerves and blood vessels are and were not to put rope or be careful or avoid damage by using the right technique.

1. Yes a few times actually, because I laughed too hard But it was just a tiny bit of pee.
