well, I think I have one, put on a diaper (girly/childish so dora the explorer or something similar over a thong, then put a skirt on, (childish/girly again) along with a bra matching the diaper theme (bit of a pattern isn't there) wedgie yourself with the thong, then hang via the thong from a tree, then stick your hands through the leg holes, then handcuff your self, enjoy (you won't, it will hurt,) sty like this for one hour

ps, if the thong rips before the hour, get a new pair,give yourself a wedgie, then put a belt through it keeping it up, get someone to buckle it at the back, then try and remove it after a day (evil laugh here)
