I have to say I find it harder to think of humiliating/degrading names and phrases that seem to go more naturally for guys. Not saying can't use some of them already listed, and I sometimes do

It's just that if you didn't know the gender, most would probably assume they were aimed at females. There doesn't seem so many for guys.

I think that when you’re using names for men people also use terms they’d use for females [like bitch, whore + slut] because that could be quite embarrassing in itself.

If a man were to have such a thing as a limit I’d maybe choose from these:
