If you feel like you need a break from the plug/vibe, you may replace it with a diaper at any time. You don't have to use the diaper, but you must wear it at all times and if alone, cannot wear anything over it. You may switch between the two (diaper or plug/vibe) at any time, but once switched - you cannot switch again for a minimum of 3 hours.

For the remainder of this week whenever you want to touch you must first:
1: Plug yourself (plug or dildo is fine, whichever makes step 3 easiest)
2: Tie your hands together (Keep it loose enough to get out of and for circulation!)
3: Bounce 50 times on the plug/dildo

Before you can touch. After you have finished the pre required steps keep a note of how long you touch for as the number of minutes you spend touching is how many spanks to complete to your inner thighs once you have untied and unplugged yourself. So if you touched for 4 minutes 20 seconds, you would have 420 spanks. If you have more than 500 spanks you can split the spanks into sets but if it's under 500 they need to be done in one go.
