The question is more suited to women(pun intended), but i’ll chip in too. I used to be part of a college swimming team and for competitive swimming every fraction of a second is precious, so we end up going to extremes to cut down our lap time. Our coaches purposefully gave us swimsuits 1 size smaller than normal and made us shave all body hair. Legs, arms, ass included, both women and men. I guess my coach thought it would be funny to give me a speedo that’s 3 sizes smaller than what i wear. Long story short, anyone that was unfortunate enough to look closely got a peek at my dick from the side. Swimming is no joke

Swimming nude in the old University of Utah pool. We were the last class in the old pool before the new one opened. No more nude swimming, a tradition that dated back to forever.

Wearing thin white loose shorts swimming. Not really see through when wet but really stuck to your skin and privates. That causes rubbing and also noticing what was happening with the shorts, makes it very difficult to not get aroused.

I guess to sum it up, it didn't leave much to the imagination.

Naked, of course... I live in Germany. We have textile-free saunas, thermal baths and beaches. Not a lot of prudes around here.

In secluded/official places, naked of course. In places that require modesty, the least was an unlined speedo - brief-cut, thin sides, very high cut on the legs and low waist, no drawstring.

Not counting nude, I wore a “speedo” to the public pools when I was in the military stationed overseas, because that was the rule for “permissible swimwear”. As if being 6’4” was not enough to make me stand out in a crowd of small Asians, what the speedo tried valiantly to cover did. I was considerably younger and more... um... virulent than I am now. 😂

more recently, I have worn a string bikini that did not cover much more than the above mentioned speedo, even including the top.
